myHealthButton Use

The Michigan Department of Community Health selected YOU to try a new mobile Medicaid App! Here are some tips to use this new app:

First Time Log In

The very first time you log in to the application, you will be asked to enter a PIN.

Registration Process

Before logging in to the myHealthButton application, you will need to register. You will need the following information for this process:

  • Your Email Address
  • Your Cell Phone Number
  • Your First and Name
  • The Beneficiary's First and Last Name (if this is not you)
  • The Beneficiary's Date of Birth
  • The Beneficiary's ZIP Code
  • The Beneficiary's Medicaid Card Number

If you did not receive a PIN, or need a new one, you can always click on the "Get New PIN" button to have a new PIN emailed to you.
